Candidate has to create an account by using his/her own/personal Email ID and Mobile number and have to create his/her own password. After successful Basic registration, Log-In Credentials will be sent to candidates on their registered Email ID. Candidates are advised to remember UserID (Email ID) and password for future reference/use. Candidates who have already created his/her account in NFL's recruitment portal need not to create his/ her account again. They can simply login in the portal using his/her login credentials to fill the application form.
No, a candidate cannot register again with the same email and phone number once registered.
A candidate can login with the Login Credentials (Email and Password) updated during the registration in the portal. Candidate Login Credentials would have been shared to the registered email after completion of registration in the portal.
Candidate need to click on the check box at the bottom of the instructions page to proceed further for filling up the application form.
No, a candidate cannot apply for the same post for different Unit/Office.

Step 04: Enter your Personal details
Step 05: Enter your Educational and Experience details
Step 06: Upload relevant documents against the required fields
Step 07: Select any two preferences of Test Cities from the drop down
Step 08: Review the entered details before pressing the “Submit” of your application form
Step 09: Complete the Payment process (If applicable)
Step 10: Download your “application form” from the Dashboard after payment completion
Candidates need to upload following documents:
- Proof of Date of Birth (10th / Matriculation Certificate)
- Educational Certificates, Marksheets (as applicable)
- Experience Certificate (as applicable)
- Caste/ Category Certificate (SC / ST / OBC-NCL/ EWS) (as applicable)
- PwBD certificate (as applicable)
- Ex-Servicemen Certificate (as applicable)
- Departmental / Internal Candidate (as applicable)
- Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) Domicile Certificate (as applicable)
- Identity Proof (as prescribed in the advertisement)
- Recent Passport size photo

All the above documents can be uploaded in.pdf format only except Passport size photo and signature, which can be uploaded in the .jpg, .jpeg format only.
Yes, a candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS category can apply against UR post subject to meeting eligibility criteria specified for UR category.
Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir from 01st Jan 1980 to 31st Dec 1989 can only avail the age relaxation. (for more details please refer advertisement)
Yes, Such candidates are eligible to avail Age benefits for both (Ex-Serv & J&K) provided they have uploaded the necessary certificates required (for more details please refer advertisement).
UR/EWS/OBC Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable Application Fee plus applicable banking Charges through online mode (Debit Card/Credit Card/ NetBanking/ Wallet/UPI) only against applying for a particular post. SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Serviceman & Departmental candidates (NFL employees) are exempted from application fee. For applicable application fee, candidates are advised to refer the respective advertisement.
After completion of the online payment, the filled-in application can be downloaded from the dashboard in the registration portal by using download button which is available next to Application Status.
